Kafora operates as a marketplace platform connecting private jet operators and brokers with travelers seeking empty leg flights. We facilitate the listing, discovery, and booking of empty leg flights but do not operate aircraft or provide air transportation services directly.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

4.1 Travelers

As a traveler, you agree to:

• Provide accurate passenger information for all bookings
• Comply with all applicable aviation regulations and requirements
• Arrive at the designated location at the specified time
• Pay all fees associated with your booking

4.2 Operators and Brokers

As an operator or broker, you agree to:

• Maintain all necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance
• Provide accurate information about aircraft and flight details
• Honor confirmed bookings and provide the agreed-upon service
• Comply with all applicable aviation safety regulations

5. Bookings and Payments

5.1 Booking Requests

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation. Operators have the right to accept or decline booking requests at their discretion.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the listing. Prices may be subject to change until the booking is confirmed. Additional fees, taxes, or charges may apply.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through our secure payment partners. By making a booking, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by operator and are specified in each listing. Please review the cancellation policy before making a booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the operator's cancellation policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers or networks connected to the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
• Use automated systems to access the platform without our permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kafora platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kafora or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KAFORA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAFORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kafora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
